1. New pages only uploaded after start of challenge & cannot be in any other challenge.
2. Images from the net are fine.
3. Only one winner per award, 1st, 2nd, 3rd,COC.If anyone has more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after the voting ends.
