as we all know windows 8/8.1 will not accept the installation of SBF software due to the 1.1.net framework not being supported by 8/8.1. BUT yesterday I found out windows 10 does. You need to initially reserve the free download of 10 due out July 29th. As follows:-
windows home page - open tool bar (top left corner) open 'search' - type in "Microsoft free windows 10" and follow the instructions to reserve the download of windows 10. I have all the instructions to download and install the 1.1.net framework for SBF software but will inform you on this at a later date. OK we have to wait awhile to get SBF software back but hopefully it will be worth it xxxxx Madeline
