Help - Cannot Comment, Vote, keep being returned to login screen
"2nd" urgent request to fix - now running a challenge for Lil Charlottte's birthday and I cannot even comment/ on the members' beautiful pages!!!!
The problem has been going on now for 5 days!!
1. My last login continues to show as Jan 01, '1900'
2. I can log in, take me to my home page but if I try to go to any other page, vote or comment, access my messages - I am automatically sent to the login screen again
3. I have been able to comment on 2 pages in the past 4 days before getting kicked out.
4. On a couple of occasions, I am prompted to click to activate to vote and or comment, then returned to the login screen.
5. I cannot add friends
6. Always see 'no' new messages now tho there were days before this major problem of returning me to the login screen again.
I strongly believe with your system changes done or going on that the date of "Jan 01, 1900" of my last sign-on is causing a serious flaw in your architectural construction!
Please help and fix so I can at least honour my obligations to those members participating in my current challenge> Thank you

For 'DAYS' now I cannot comment,vote, post, upload, view/send messages, manage my challenge and my last login still remains as is "Jan 01, 1990"
Numerous messages send thru "Contact Us" on site and via email.

Having said that I now can't post this to Forum keep getting an error message aw well. I've tried 6 times and got logged out of the site. I'm copying this just in case lol!!!!

Think some work is still required - It took me some time even just now to get a post on my page but finally did after being logged out repeatedly.

After logging in today numerous times, if I try to post, I am bounced out and now this new error message:
"receiving server redirecting...." and I get bounced out again.

I login 4-8 times just to leave one comment/vote on anyone's page: if lucky & then get bounces & start the whole process of logging in again.

I am so sorry dear friends but I simply cannot get thru & apologize - it is not my intention not to comment/vote on your hard work & beautiful pages!

SBF please fix - have many error messages off your site to share if you are interested.

Mimi I'm so sorry you are having so many hassles I can understand your frustration. We have very little time in a day to visit SBF without the added delays. I find the site slow to go from page to page but luckily I am not experiencing the other problems. I do hope it's settled soon for you it's been going on for a very long time now. Have you tried sending Rae Ann a personal message.

I just spoke to support. Support logged in as you and they are able to comment. It may be an issue with your internet connection speed, your browser security or your memory on your computer. Support will continue to research to see if they can figure out what is going on. I am able to comment with no issues.

I am happy to let you know that for about the last 5 days I have been able to comment, post, message etc. Was able to vote on all pages just now. Once my last sign on date was changed from Jan 01 "1990" - (showed this way for about a month even tho I logged in & out many time - this login date never changed to current history). I had better luck once corrected.
Please note that I could login, but when I tried to post on someone's page, I was automatically logged out & had to login again - think I only was able to post 4 times in the 3 /4weeks of trying. I also received the person page, still logged in, that indicated I had to click here to activate "to vote" here and to click here to activate "to comment" - sometimes I was automatically logged off or taken to a screen that asked me to validate my "email addie" - of course when I did, I received a message "someone else already has that addie -

The errors that I have seen are not indicative of a slow computer/poor internet performance or such on my end. I always run high capacity PCs & best internet performance provided. My current PC purchased in Oct 2015, has a 2TB hard drive, Memory - 16 rams & my internet speed is @ 300 mbps, bandwidth is 100 mbps - lightning fast.
As I said I am pleased to see I can once again vote & comment and that SBF Support has tested my login. The issue of the “activation” screen that has come up on a member’s page while I am logged in has only come up 3 times in the last 5/6 days and while I am logged in, the addie “validation” about 6/7 times. But performance has probably improved by 90% and as long I can post etc with minimal interference – I am very happy. Thanks again Rae Ann & the SBF Support

My PC is top of the line as is my internet provision, have absolutely no problem with other sites. The yellow screens are not new to me or are the MLX errors since before May. While SBF tells me things are fixed – which they are not, I “truly” believe they are working on it.
Till then, my voting, uploading, commenting, (can’t even see my messages without hassle), is such a frustrating exercise that I have decided to not renew my Diamond Membership until things improve.

Yes I mean several mins. to get to my home page, actually to get any where, this has been going on for at least a week today it was a bit faster, but I logged out twice in frustration, it just seems as if we are walking in glue, LOL Help! at least I am not having upload problems, that was a few weeks ago.

We know we have issues with the ScrapbookFlair.com website. We have a speed problem and also an underlying technical problem but unfortunately haven't identified yet what it is or how to fix it. These problems started about 3 months ago after we changed our site architecture so we could offer a better experience to mobile and tablet users. While that changeover went well, it slowed the ScrapbookFlair.com significantly. We have been working on trying to identify and fix these problems EVERY DAY since you started reporting them. We have been watching the site for about 20 hours, major functions are working smoothly. As we have not heard from our ISP, we are not sure what have fixed the issue. We will continue watching the site till we can make sure it goes smoothly.
