I have gotten that message many times even when I am just trying to view a page. It looks like you started this question on Monday and here it is Thursday so if are still getting the message... which you must be or you would not send a second message... I will let the programmers now that there must be a bug or something.

In the meantime... keep trying!

Lori, Thanks for responding. Still an issue and I think it has been for some time. I think it is only happening on this album, which I believe has several pages to it.Thanks for any assistance you can give. Linda

Linda... I contacted the programmers about this last week and I was hoping a list taken care of but apparently not and they did not add anything to this forum SBF Support Desk in case others were having a problem. Will try to reach them again right now...

Linda... the team members (including myself) got together on Wednesday night for our weekly phone conference and I brought up that you have been asking about this since April 13 and the importance of getting back to you. They said they would so I thought I would see something here by now (from the programmers) but there isn't. Hopefully this weekend... geez. xxx ~Lori

The page link has been fixed. The reason caused this issue is the name of the scrapbook has a special character, which confused the system.
