Yes I know the site has been frustrating - more than ever. I have been in touch with support a few times. It seems the problem this time was not wholly with SBF. The site is hosted by a separate Web Service and they have had major outages the last week beyond their control - it seems the site was affected by this and that's why it slowed down like it did. All seems to be good now. They send their apologies. Joce xx
