Sorry but I have been a gold member here for 16 years and I have never been charged anything other than my yearly fee. I don't download anything from SBF other than my completed pages. I take it that you are referring to SBF kits - there again I don't use their kits so I have no experience of any charges. Sorry I really can't be of much help. Maybe Support will see this and reply for you. Am I correct in thinking it is their kits that you are downloading? If it isn't sorted before the Christmas break I can contact Support after for you. Yes, I am referring to the speed download of the SBf kit. It even says I am a silver member entitled to 25 free downloads. But at checkout it wants to charge me and asks for a method of payment. Something is amiss. Joce any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Joce I think maybe I thought I was using kits I downloaded in previous years and the system downloaded them as new. I guess it might be user error. Not entirely sure. Thanks for your help. It would be nice if they did respond though. Sad how this site has deteriorated. It was so much fun back in 2009/10. It thanks to you and a few other loyal users that I keep coming back. Thank you!

Sorry Linda just found this. Yes unfortunately I know what you mean - oh for those old days with so many members and so much fun. Still as long as we stalwarts keep posting pages I suppose it will go on. I'm sorry I didn't get a response from management - they are usually good - maybe the holiday season I know they had family staying. Please do not pay anything. I directed them to view these posts but still haven't heard back. I'll try again tomorrow. Joce
