Computer Memory

For most people, their computer memory is sufficient. However, those of us who tend to be snaphappy and/or scrap happy, this can soon spell trouble.

You can buy a small thumb or flash drive for about $10 (usually about 2 to 4 gb of space) if you wish to save your whole digital scrap pages. I also have an external drive, which is very handy.

About once each year I go thru my pix and folders and scraps and delete duplicates, add to a zip file, and archive it both online and on a backup disc. It takes a weekend, but my peace of mind and extra space are worth it!

Another good option is to get an online backup, which saves your whole computer disc drive online in case you ever have a crash or to update to newer operating systems. These services are not very expensive especially considering the peace of mind they afford. And you usually get a lifetime subscription, so you can update as your data grows. xoxo
