Texas love its phrase "Texas its own country" And technicaly we could be our own country again lol. But this is Texas, USA and some of the famous "Southern Cooking" What a lot of the Sunday family meals are made of. Chicken Fried Steak is usually like a round steak tenderized coated in egg milk seasoned flour and the fried lol. Its really good ;-)

Except for the tea I like it all and have been eating it all this summer. I love pecan pie and the way it is in Texas you can`t get it here.
