My goal/resolution for 09 is to lose at least 50 lbs. I have to for my health.
I have a disease that is caused by being overweight (Intracranial Hypertension) and by losing weight I could get rid of the excess cranial fluid accumulating in my brain and thus eliminating the dibilitating headaches I suffer 24/7. If I don't lose weight I will have to undergo brain surgery & I don't want to do that.
