This is me...30 pounds lighter!! I met my goal for Christmas, I still have 20 pounds to go but I am lighter than I have been in over 15 years!! I feel great and I am so motivated! I cleaned out my closet today got rid of 75% of my clothes because they are too big! YEAH!!
Designed with the template for December on BTST and I used kit elements from the butterfly kit from Pinapple plantation by Shauna burke smith.

congratulations! Weight is so hard an diet is an ugly four letter word -- all my best to you as I know how frustrating weight loss can be ... I never use the word "diet" I choose whether to put it in my mouth or not -- that is how I lost 80 pounds once ... and how I put 30 back on ... stress overload, oreos and milk! Gotta get back to seeing "gym" Good luck to you and stay away from Oreos!
