This quote to me means so much because my husband and his father (who is in the photo) had not spoken for years and years until last month when we went to California. It left a very big hole in my husband's life and heart. To hear his father say he loves him and is proud of him and his family was the missing piece..
So the quote to me is the unconditional love of a father told to his son and grandsons.
