I had these printed (2 on a 8x10 photo paper). Take those old cds that you've messed up or don't listen to any more - scratch em up...put mod podge on them and stick the photograph to the cd - then we hole punched on the side and placed a key ring in there and decorated the ring with ribbon - i'll try to pry it away from my daughter and get a pic of the actual finished product
