About this scrapbook page:
Even if this mountain is beautiful it has its own sad storry.
In the summer of 1810 demanded Poll mountain in Lyngen 14 lives. A nearly two-mile wide belt of rock loosened several hundred meters up the mountain side and slid into the sea. The three tidal waves that occurred after the landslide took several farms, 14 people, several boats and many animals on Furuflaten at the end of Heather Valley. Thanks for looking and for any c/v.Pelle
