About this scrapbook page:
Just for fun,even tho' it nearly ran onto my hair,eek! This huge (for the U.K.) spider lives in the coal bunker..and he comes out sometimes to walk about on the log shed :) Thanx for looking and you kind comments xx

Yakkie, I don`t like spiders at all. Once I even throw the vacuum cleaner out the bedroom window after I picked a spider from above my bed and dreamed about it.

Amazing photo Karen, well worth enlarging to see the beautiful tortoiseshell type markings on the body and the amazing joints in the legs. Long may he continue to enjoy life in the coalshed with occasional perambulations in the log shed. I must admit I wouldn't fancy him landing in my hair though! A fantastic photo and scrap, the fine silklike web fabric softens his scary appearance xx

Wow! I have to ask hom many ladies on SBF are going to enlarge this? (Just joking!) I did so that I could see this not-so-little fellow up close. Amazing markings on it and, as with most things in nature, there is beauty to be found everywhere - even when it creeps us out! Love the spider web around this!
