This is my last page for the Photo Effects chal., but it means so much to me because My daughter, Mandy is a frozen memory forever locked in time. It's so hard to believe it is almost 7yrs. she passed away. I used this photo effect because she so loved roses.I have her Roses ready now for her grave. click on it to see better.
