New Zealand is one of the best places in the world to see clear skies and the stars - many people visit the South Island to see them.
My page features The Church of the Good Shepard on the shores of Lake Tekapo, South Island, NZ - well worth a visit if you can get this far.

Absolutely amazing and breathtaking layout! I know I will never make it that far so I am always glad to be able to visualize places by other's photos and information! Like NZ, however, the American southwest (specifically southern Arizona & New Mexico) offer the most expansive view of the night (and daytime) skies! I didn't know this until my husband showed me. YOUR ICON PAGE IS ASTOUNDING!!!!!!!
