It is so unusual to have a natural green lawn in the State of Texas, USA in middle July (2025), I took these 3 'house and lawns' photos this morning. The small house in the heart shaped photo is my present home. I am so happy that my home in Dallas, Texas got rain recently, but no tragic flooding.

Yes our lawns and pastures are always brown in the middle of our summer - rain is always welcome in those months but not too much. Too many places are getting flooded out at the moment. Love this page Doyle.
