For those who don't know, CBGB was a small little club located at 315 Bowery in NYC. Many bands got their start there. It opened in 1973 and closed in October of this year. Despite efforts to keep it open, the landlord refused to renew the lease. So sadly I made this tribute page in honor of CBGB.

Thank U for this fine tribute to CBs. They truly were one of the breakthru venues for emerging talent for a long time. We played here in 1980 and it certainly was a 'unique' club. Well done!
