About this scrapbook page: |
Australia Day is comin and I want you to come to a beach party. Main pic(background) is cemetry beach. Swings for the kids, BBQ & tables, platform on the rocks that juts out over the ocean is the vantage point this photo is taken from. At night there will be fireworks about 1/2km behind me and that beach in front... baby turtles are hatching so we might just get to see them too. Esky full of drinks, family & friends, beach cricket, BBQ & fireworks. What more do you want?

Great page ~ this is a favourite way for most Aussies to spend Australia Day ~ we used to go down to Frankston and they have a re-enactment of the landing on the beach down there...

Cemetry Beach, Port Hedland. Across the road behind the playground is the settlers cemetry and with that many asian divers from the early pearl shell trade. Not used any more but worth a wander and read, so many people did a lot in a relativly short life.

Count me in mate. but you are suppose to throw the shrimp on the barbie not throw the barbie... Crikey if I was going to be buried I'd pick a beach cemetery too. Love the beach ball will you use that for cricket, I might get a chance to hit it. PARTY - PARTY - PARTY!!!!!!
