My mothers family were split between Durban, South Africa, and Southampton, UK. In 1924 my mother came to England with my Grandmother, Daisy Impson, for a holiday, during which time the Prince visited the docks. This is the post card she sent to her husband. It was among her treasures, which I have inherited.
