This is my sister wearing the 100% Pinoy gown she requested from me. Her wedding was in California but she wanted a Philippine-made gown. The fabric is called pina-silk, hand-woven from Aklan (a province in the Visayas). I also had it hand-embroidered in Bulacan, a province north of Manila. Which makes this gown a product of North & South Philippines! :)
