Yayyyyyy!!! I'm back!!! Sorry lost all my kits on my external drive....had to rebuild my collections....one good thing is if you buy your kits they will reset your downloads....this has been a long process....whewwwwwwwww

how awful. i too lost files on my external a couple of years ago and have been hesitant about using externals ever since. if i do as my hard drive is getting full, i will get 2 and that way the odds are slim both will fail at same time. externals seem to die much quicker than internals great page ( praise game)
