Tylers first day of school was miserable...the lovely principal made us stand outside in a what they called a line waiting to check in our drivers licenses...but it was pure chaos...then the down pour of rain soaked everyone...so after going home and changing(and crying because i was so stinking mad) i had to return to school with new clothes for tyler with the fake happy smile so it didnt ruin his whole day...poor kid was just shivering when i got there:(

Awwww, poor Tyler ... and poor Mommy! It's such a shame that this special experience of the first day of school had to be ruined by poor planning and incompetence on the part of someone. I hope the rest of his days have gotten better and that he will end up loving school. Does it tug at Mommy's heart to see her little boy getting old enough to go to school? Love this page in spite of the rain.
