My fear of falling has been with me for as long as I can remember & I suffered terribly from nightmares during my childhood/teen years. While uncomfortable with heights, it the coming down that stresses me right out even when it is something as simple as coming down only a couple a steps on a ladder.

Great page and I can climb and climb but like you, its the coming down thats scary, unless its totally stationary and then its not too bad.
