It was a good day today as Krystal, Grandma M and sandiehc came around for a get-together, and I made this soup as part of lunch.
This was one of the first scrapbook pages ever I made, about this time last year. The pumpkin in the photo was turned into our favourite soup.
The recipe is my adaptation of one found in Dana Carpender's 500 More Low Carb Recipes, using fresh pumpkin rather than canned.
