Nearly added the caption 'Calm down and have a cup of tea' given all the other 'calm down' items I have seen in the shops recently. Just a light hearted page to relax me after another day with social workers, care staff, OTs etc all trying to support my mother in law ..... who does not yet realise she needs to accept some help ....
