For the HOMEMADE DRESS / CLOTHES Challenge. This is one of many dresses mama made just for me..She had a Singer Treddle sewing machine. Which I remember using in later years.Most of our clothes were made from feed and flour sacks..And if some one doesn't know what feed sacks or flour sacks are... holler and I'll tell you. Be sure and drop by our challenge and check out our special clothes..

I may be younger than most with homemade dresses but i too had a flour sack dress-- My grandmother had made me-- She was old fashioned and loved to sew!! GREAT PAGE!!

Love your page...The dress looks like it was truly beautiful. I remember my Grandmother making dresses out of flour bags..sadly I do not have a picture of them. Yours is a treasure...
