Thank you Fran. Op went ok and I'm home trying to 'hop' with crutches LOL! Leg is very very sore - trying out all the chairs etc to find a comfy place. Hoping I sleep tonight. This page is just gorgeous. Hugs, Joce xxxx

Fran this is beautiful Get Well page and message for our dear friend. Wishing you good luck for your surgery Joce and special wishes from hubby Simon who had his knee surgery last year. He was in such pain and the surgery has made a huge difference to him and gave him such a morale boost.He says the key to success is in the exercise regime, painful initially but well worth putting in the work!
