Done for 'I Want To See The Sea' Challenge.
The background of this page took me a while to get it the way I wanted it. I finished up doing 3 copies and putting colour filters on each layer then sponge roll erasing parts of each then blending. (There's most likely an easier way that I haven't discovered yet)
