About this scrapbook page: |
I was surprised at the peaceful feeling I experienced when my sister and I released the dove after Mom's service. There is another story that we will all remember about the dove, but I'll save it for later.

Did not have enough room in my previous message to say how much I adore both of the pages you composed for the sickness & loss of your mother. They are both very lovely & so prettily composed with great journaling!!! May you and your family find peace in the days and years to come. So glad you had quite a bit of time with her before her passing which wasn't easy but it gave time for more words.

My deepest condolences for you and your family and the loss of your mother. You have created a couple of gorgeous, tribute pages that say a lot! Another member here (Margie) just lost her younger brother. I lost a family member but a distant family member that I never met. I vaguely remember losing my mother in 1981 when I was only 16 but time does heal even though I miss her so much. {BIG HUGS}.

This commentary is specifically for this page (your 2nd page added) and what a lovely gesture of releasing a dove and the peaceful feeling you felt with that happening. Very lovely photo and beautifully embellished page!!!
