This page pays homage to the worry-wart in me. I've been a pro-worrier from a very young age. I get worrisome thoughts swirling incessantly. I know it's to no avail, but it appears to be an unfortunate super-power of mine. So I have learned to practice mindfulness, meditation, anything to help me come back to now, to trust that things will work out in their own time and way. Practice Practice Practice.
