These photos were taken of the Coal Ship - "Pasha Bulka" after it ran aground or beached itself on Nobby's Beach in Newcastle, NSW following the worst storms to hit the east coast in a long time on the June Long Weekend. The ship sat there for a few weeks until a successful salvage operation saw it safely removed from the beach.
