About this scrapbook page:
I created this page for the "Promote a Cause" challenge...for obvious reasons I feel very strongly about this issue! Why would people want my amazing son to go to a 'special' school and not play with their 'typical' kids? I don't understand it at all...if you agree that people with Down Syndrome should be treated equally, please vote in the challenge for my page!
Thank you!

You got 10 + 10 from me! I believe in this strongly too. My friend's 17 year old daughter (who is also my friend) has Down Syndrome. She is such a gift. She wouldn't make it in a completely mainstreamed program, but I can't get it when they won't let her in music class (which she loves). Anyway, hugs, Jennifer

Your son is beautiful and I agree with you, why cant he play with the other kids. We need to raise awareness over these issues and hopefully people will start to educate themselves on it. We can only pray!! The page is great, I love the layout and colors you used. Good job!!

i think downs kids are the greatest, they only give there love they never expect yours in return. it makes them so happy when you give it back that you just can't help but love them more.you have a very special child. don't try to understand why the world is the way it is. let the world miss out, only you know how wounderfull he realy is.
