My BFF sent me this photo last week. She was dressed up for her local Gala day. People decorate their cars and drive in a parade and for a day out at the Gala. Each driver takes two or three local children with them and a great day out is had by all! Oh...and she doesn't need much of an excuse to get into costume!!
