For all those times when we just don't have words .....

This is another vintage photo I've had in my collection of little girl items. I blended it into paper by Numb Dumm, which I got today off Digifree. Used a number of filters in PSPX2 and then went to PSE6 and used a Winslow effect in Lucisart to smooth it out. Then went back to PSP and applied an Artifax texture. Overlay by Joanne Brisebois, blended and recolored.
