pse5 Open an image and duplicate it. Next IMAGE, ADJUSTMENTS,DESATURATE ( ctrl - shift - U) turns this b/w Duplcate this and do IMAGE, ADJUSTMENTS, INVERT Change the blend mode on the layers pallet to COLOUR DODGE ( it should look just about all white) FILTER, BLUR, GAUSSIAN BLUR and Slide the slider to desired settings
