pse10.I used elements from withrussiandutchheart. the background and the scrolls came from the internet.
I cut the scroll and masked the picture in it and gave it some shadow to give it depth. I had cut the picture off the certificate part and put them separate on the page. The rolled scroll had another color bow on it so I cut it and colored it and added it back on.
