Yes this is the best I can come up with as no SBF software till windows 10 comes out !!!!! Its a crappy software called "MyScrapNook" Can only use the elements provided except a personal photo LOL. Cant find anything else that will run in windows 8.1 Grrrrrrrrrrr xx

Very cute,. Love the wee rabbit poking his head up. Paint.net & photoscape are both free software that will run on Windows 8. Paint.Net is a bit more complicated similar to Photoshop but Photoscape is simple & really easy. I'd be happy to help you use it if you are interested
