I love the Fall! As the weather changes from hot to cool I look forward to the apple harvest with the sweet smell of apples cooking down to applesauce and apple butter, mulled cider, drying slices for wreaths and dolls, and apple pie. Many wonderful things happen in the Autumn, but my favorites all revolve around that perfect fruit – apples!
