The working man in the past often played a small portable music instrument and it would be so entertaining! My dad, also, played for the family and relatives a mouth organ (Jews harp) or the "bones". And, if the gathering was large, the piano with Uncle Victor and his fiddle. I hope your Dad played often, I know it would have been comforting as well, entertaining. I love your LO !!
