The lady is a desk top wall paper, I have used flowerings backgrounds as overlays, if you go to deviant art and search for flowerings there are some stunning fractal flowers which are gorgeous for back grounds, or just google flowerings, made in dsa2 and edited the finished page with topaz adjust
