I did this for the Pockets group. Alexandra was begging for me to do an "all about her" type page and this seemed like a great chance to do that.

I used Photoshop CS2 to design this. The background came from Shabby Princess, most elements were free and came from MS Clipart and Creative Scrap Treasures.
