This year we decided to start a new tradition. After opening presents on Christmas morning, we bake a birthday cake for Jesus. I don't want my girls to forget why we celebrate Christmas. Here the girls are decorating their cake with Grandma.

I love this beautiful reminder of Jesus' birthday. As the children have gotten older I have stopped with the birthday cake, I wonder why? It is still His birthday. I need to go back to the tradition!
