This picture was given to my Grandfather many year's ago. President Roosevelt's greeting and signature have managed to stay preserved all of these years, so I kept having this yearning to scrap the picture for the family scrapbooks.

However, I felt as though "scrapping" it might diminish the importance of the photo and greeting, so I decided to keep the layout very simple.
