the little flower fairies were told to make flowers but seeing that there are so many flowers in the garden already, they decided to just play - they're having such a blast that pixie dust filled the garden. they're quite unaware that their fairy godmother is watching, amused. this only proves that where there are lots of flowers, little fairies play.
