This is my grandfather, currently 91 years old. He did his tour in Germany during WWII. We were very fortunate that he was able to come home. My grandpa was and is a great man-"my hero" and certainly hero to our entire family. The portrait of my grandfather is one that he sent to my grandmother during the war.
