Out for Canada Day Breakfast and Parade this morning and wasn't really happy with my first Canada Day page so when I got back I thought I would try a second...much happier with this one - Happy Canada Day! Canadian Confederation, the birth of Canada as a nation, took place on July 1, 1867 and originally included the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario and Quebec - there are now 10 provinces and 3 territories.
