Created in Craft Artist. The background is from DaisyTrail "Cats and Dogs", with a swirl distortion effect, the pawprints from DT "Furry Friends" and I made the frame myself, playing around with some sliders, but doubt I could repeat it. Really must start keeping notes as I work. :-)
