Such a sweet photo of your brother. You've created a wonderful scene of the old terraced houses with bunting stretched between them. It looks as if a street party was imminent, perhaps a celebration for a visit from the Queen. I can remember playing in such a street as a child, sweet old memories. Beautifully soft blending for the twilight effect wonderfully scrapped
