I made this for the Cinco de Mayo Collection challenge. Here I am 8 years old, living in Salt Lake city. I remember this! A couple of people were driving from house to house asking if the kids there would like their picture taken on the pony. They even brought the outfit. I was one of the lucky ones on my block. Entering in the cowgirl creations challenge!!
